Mục tiêu: nghiên cứu nhằm mô tả thực trạng điều kiện môi trường lao động, sức khỏe, bệnh tật của người lao động tại một công ty may ở Thanh Hóa năm 2022. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Một nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên hai nhóm mẫu là điều kiện môi trường lao động và 460 người lao động làm việc trong một công ty may tại Thanh Hóa năm 2022 để đánh giá điều kiện môi trường lao động tại và tình trạng sức khỏe bệnh tật của công nhân tại cơ sở này. Kết quả: Hầu hết các vị trí làm việc tại công ty đều có các yếu tố trong môi trường lao động như vi khí hậu, ánh sáng, tiếng ồn, nồng độ bụi nằm trong giới hạn cho phép, chỉ có 28,6% vị trí làm việc tại khu vực may có tiếng ồn vượt giới hạn cho phép. Đối tượng nghiên cứu có tỷ lệ mắc các bệnh về mắt là nhiều nhất, tiếp đến các bệnh về tai mũi họng, răng hàm mặt, sản phụ khoa, tim mạch, tiêu hóa,… Nhóm bệnh về tiết niệu, cơ xương khớp chiếm tỷ lệ thấp. Triệu chứng hay gặp nhất sau giờ làm của NLĐ là đau đầu (58,5%), sau đó là triệu chứng đau vùng dạ dày, mệt mỏi. Người lao động có sức khỏe loại I và II chiếm 88,1%, loại III và IV chiếm 11,9 %.
Mục tiêu: 1. Đánh giá tình trạng dinh dưỡng của người lao động nhập cư tại một cơ sở sản xuất ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh năm 2021.
2. Mô tả một số yếu tố liên quan tới tình trạng dinh dưỡng của người lao động nhập cư tại một cơ sở sản xuất ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh năm 2021.
Nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 400 công nhân mỏ từ 20 đến 50 tuổi tại công ty Than Quảng Ninh. Sử dụng bộ câu hỏi điều tra nhân trắc và phương pháp hỏi ghi 24h để điều tra khẩu phần.
Kết quả: Công nhân mỏ than có 15,5 % thừa cân, 0,5% béo phì, thiếu năng lượng trường diễn ở đối tượng nghiên cứu là 2%. Mức năng lượng khẩu phần ăn trung bình cả ngày của công nhân tham gia nghiên cứu là 2825,4 ± 276,6 Kcalo. Trong đó, mức tiêu thụ protein là 104,7 ± 12,6g, protein động vật là 51,0 ± 10,7g, lipid là 66,6 ± 8,3g, lượng lipid thực vật chiếm 22,6 ± 2,3g, glucid là 451,9 ± 55,4g. Tỉ lệ protein: lipid: glucid khẩu phần tương ứng là 14,8: 21,3: 63,9. Đáp ứng nhu cầu năng lượng khuyến nghị đạt 102,2%, các chất sinh năng lượng đều cao hơn nhu cầu khuyến nghị với tỉ lệ protid: lipid và glucid lần lượt là: 153,4%: 101,1%và 122,1%.

This study aimed to describe mental health service utilization and examine associated factors among students in Vietnam. Data were collected at eight universities in Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2018 using an administered questionnaire. The total number of participants was 9,120 (95.1% response rate). Among stu dents participating in our survey, 12.5% (95% CI: 10.9–14.1) with depression and/or anxiety symptoms used mental health service in the last 12 months. In the multivariable regression models, significant factors associated with mental health ser vice utilization were marital status, types of housemate, men tal health problems, physical activity, smoking status, and alcohol drinking. Our study made recommendations to stake holders for improving mental health services utilization among students in Vietnam. These findings had important implica tions for future research on factors associated with mental health service utilization among university students.
