Mục tiêu: Khảo sát chi phí trực tiếp y tế trong điều trị bệnh phổi tắc nghẽn mạn tính (BPTNMT) theo phân loại GOLD (Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease). Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, hồi cứu tất cả các trường hợp BPTNMT từ cơ sở dữ liệu Bảo hiểm Y tế trong năm 2020. Đặc điểm người bệnh và đặc điểm chi phí trực tiếp y tế được phân tích theo phân loại GOLD bằng mô tả thống kê cơ bản. Kết quả: Tổng cộng có 328.634 người mắc BPTNMT, trong đó tỷ lệ người bệnh GOLD A, B, C, D lần lượt là 31,9%; 21,6%; 46,2% và 0,3%. Chi phí điều trị trung bình/ người /năm theo phân loại GOLD A, B, C và D lần lượt là 3,1; 4,6; 12,2; và 58,6 triệu đồng. Tổng gánh nặng bệnh tật của người bệnh theo phân loại
GOLD A, B, C và D lần lượt là 321.026.108.935,
326.829.474.623, 1.852.691.299.408 và
52.479.725.849 đồng. Chi phí thuốc chiếm tỉ trọng chủ
yếu trong tổng chi phí điều trị bệnh BPTNMT. Kết
luận: Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy được gánh nặng
chi phí trực tiếp y tế trong điều trị BPTNMT tại Việt
Nam. Việc kiểm soát tốt BPTNMT ở các giai đoạn sớm
tránh dẫn đến bệnh tiến triển sang giai đoạn muộn có
ý nghĩa quan trọng trong việc giảm gánh nặng bệnh
tật do BPTNMT gây ra tại Việt Nam.
This study aimed to describe mental health service utilization and examine associated factors among students in Vietnam. Data were collected at eight universities in Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2018 using an administered questionnaire. The total number of participants was 9,120 (95.1% response rate). Among stu dents participating in our survey, 12.5% (95% CI: 10.9–14.1) with depression and/or anxiety symptoms used mental health service in the last 12 months. In the multivariable regression models, significant factors associated with mental health ser vice utilization were marital status, types of housemate, men tal health problems, physical activity, smoking status, and alcohol drinking. Our study made recommendations to stake holders for improving mental health services utilization among students in Vietnam. These findings had important implica tions for future research on factors associated with mental health service utilization among university students.
