Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu được thực hiện với mục tiêu mô tả thực trạng động lực làm việc và phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan đến động lực làm việc của bác sĩ tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 2023.
Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, thực hiện phỏng vấn qua bộ câu hỏi trên 115 bác sĩ tại các khoa, phòng thuộc khu vực lâm sàng và cận lâm sàng của bệnh viện.
Kết quả: Tỷ lệ bác sĩ có động lực làm việc là 70,43%. Trong 7 yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến động lực làm việc, tỷ lệ bác sĩ có động lực với yếu tố “Sức khỏe” là thấp nhất với 33,04%. Tìm thấy mối liên quan giữa động lực làm việc của bác sĩ với một số yếu tố: Tuổi; Thu nhập hằng tháng; Tình trạng hôn nhân; Là thu nhập chính trong gia đình.

Đặt vấn đề: Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm mục tiêu mô tả thực trạng ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin năm 2022-2023 và một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng việc chuyển đổi số bệnh viện Nhi trung ương. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Thiết kế mô tả cắt ngang kết hợp định lượng và định tính áp dụng trên các đối tượng bao gồm số liệu thu thập theo bảng tiêu chí của Thông tư số 54/2017/TT-BYT (TT54/2017/TT-BYT), báo cáo thống kê thuộc lĩnh vực công nghệ thông tin (CNTT), nhân viên y tế và một số nhà quản lý đang làm việc tại bệnh viện Nhi trung ương. Kết quả: Bệnh viện đã trang bị hệ thống cơ sở hạ tầng, trang thiết bị đáp ứng được hoạt động khám bệnh, chữa bệnh và quản lý điều hành: có 15 máy chủ, 1256 máy tính, có 13 phân hệ phần mềm. Trong đó, phần mềm quản lý hệ thống thông tin bệnh viện (Hospital Information System - HIS) mới đạt mức 4, phần mềm hệ thống lưu trữ và truyền tải hình ảnh (Picture Archiving and Comunication System – PACS) và phần mềm hệ thống thông tin xét nghiệm (Laboratory Information System – LIS) đã đạt và duy trì mức ‘Nâng cao’. Các nhóm tiêu chí có tỷ lệ đạt từ 87,5% đến 100% các tiêu chí nội dung. Thuận lợi lớn nhất là có sự quan tâm của Lãnh đạo bệnh viện và nhân viên y tế nhận thức được tầm quan trọng của ứng dụng CNTT. Khó khăn là định mức tài chính cho CNTT còn thấp và chưa có cơ chế để áp dụng theo giá dịch vụ y tế, thiếu nhân lực chuyên trách, hạ tầng CNTT chưa đồng bộ và hệ thống phần mềm chưa hoàn thiện. Kết luận: Hệ thống máy tính, máy in cơ bản đáp ứng đủ so với yêu cầu. Tuy nhiên, các trang thiết bị CNTT còn chưa đồng bộ, phần mềm còn chưa hoàn thiện, còn nhiều chỉ tiêu quan trọng bệnh viện chưa đạt được. Lợi ích mà CNTT mang lại được người sử dụng đánh giá cao.

Mục tiêu: Quản lý chất lượng (QLCL) là một trong những hoạt động không thể thiếu được và ngày càng trở nên quan trọng hơn đối với các cơ sở y tế trong giai đoạn hiện nay. Nghiên cứu nhằm mô tả kết quả thực hiện bộ tiêu chí chất lượng bệnh viện tại BVĐK Phú Thọ giai đoạn 2016-2019. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Sử dụng thiết kế mô tả, kết hợp định lượng và định tính. Cấu phần định lượng sử dụng số liệu thứ cấp từ các báo cáo kết quả thực hiện bộ tiêu chí chất lượng bệnh viện tại BVĐK tỉnh Phú Thọ giai đoạn 2016 - 2019, cấu phần định tính tiến hành phỏng vấn sâu cán bộ lãnh đạo bệnh viện, quản lý khoa/phòng liên quan, thảo luận nhóm với trưởng khoa và điều dưỡng trưởng khoa lâm sàng. Kết quả: Nghiên cứu cho thấy điểm đánh giá chất lượng bệnh viện theo 83 tiêu chí tại BVĐK Phú Thọ tăng dần qua từng năm, đạt 4,06 điểm (năm 2016), 4,50 điểm (năm 2017), 4,67 điểm (năm 2018) và 4,70 điểm (năm 2019). Một số yếu ảnh hưởng đến việc thực hiện cải tiến chất lượng tại BVĐK Phú Thọ như bệnh viện còn thiếu cán bộ dược chuyên môn sâu, dược sỹ lâm sàng còn ít. Kết luận: Bệnh viện cần nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực đặc biệt đội ngũ bác sỹ và dược sỹ lâm sàng, và tiếp tục đẩy mạnh ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin trong hoạt động khám chữa bệnh, nâng cao hiệu quả và gia tăng sự hài lòng người bệnh, thông tin y tế tại bệnh viện được khai thác sử dụng có hiệu quả.

Nghiên cứu nhằm mô tả kiến thức về bệnh tăng huyết áp và thực hành quản lý bệnh tăng huyết áp của người trưởng thành tại huyện Quảng Xương, Thanh Hoá. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang với tổng số 396 đối tượng tham gia nghiên cứu. Kết quả cho thấy kiến thức của người dân còn rất hạn chế. Tỷ lệ đưa ra được định nghĩa đúng và đầy đủ về bệnh tăng huyết áp chỉ chiếm 13,1%. Tỷ lệ những người biết các triệu chứng như đau đầu, hoa mắt chóng mặt, đau ngực, nóng/đỏ mặt … còn thấp với tỷ lệ lần lượt là 51,0%; 61,6%; 3,5% và 21,7%, trong đó 16,5% cho rằng tăng huyết áp không dự phòng được. Về thực trạng quản lý bệnh tăng huyết áp, kết quả chỉ ra tỷ lệ không điều trị hoặc điều trị không đều còn cao (25%), trong khi đó tỷ lệ thay đổi thói quen, lối sống lành mạnh còn rất thấp, đặc biệt là tỷ lệ bỏ thuốc lá. Kết quả nghiên cứu là cơ sở để xây dựng các hoạt động can thiệp, truyền thông nâng cao nhận thức và thay đổi hành vi trong cộng đồng nhằm cải thiện sức khoẻ.
