Mục tiêu: Xác định một số yếu tố liên quan đến dấu hiệu trầm cảm, lo âu và stress ở người bệnh tăng huyết áp điều trị ngoại trú.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 379 người bệnh tăng huyết áp điều trị ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện đa khoa Hòe Nhai từ 24/10/2023 đến 17/11/2023. Người bệnh được đánh giá là có dấu hiệu trầm cảm khi điểm trầm cảm ở thang đo DASS-21 từ 10 điểm trở lên.
Kết quả: Tỷ lệ người bệnh có dấu hiệu trầm cảm là 14,8%. Các yếu tố làm tăng nguy cơ xuất hiện dấu hiệu trầm cảm ở người bệnh gồm > 60 tuổi (OR=2,22), thời gian điều trị tăng huyết áp > 5 năm (OR=1,90), bệnh lý kèm theo (OR=2,53), gặp phải tác dụng không mong muốn của thuốc điều trị tăng huyết áp (OR=4,78), không có khả năng kiểm soát tăng huyết áp (OR=17,78).
Kết luận: Các yếu tố về tuổi và đặc điểm bệnh tăng huyết áp có mối liên quan với nguy cơ trầm cảm, lo âu và stress của người bệnh. Do đó, bệnh viện cần can thiệp dựa trên các yếu tố nguy cơ này nhằm giảm tỷ lệ trầm cảm, lo âu và stress ở người bệnh.

Mục tiêu: Xác định tỷ lệ stress, lo âu, trầm cảm của học sinh trung học phổ thông huyện Yên Định, tỉnh Thanh Hóa. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, sử dụng thang đánh giá trầm cảm, lo âu và stress DASS-21 cho 482 học sinh trung học phổ thông tại huyện Yên Định, tỉnh Thanh Hóa. Kết quả: tỷ lệ rối loạn stress, lo âu, trầm cảm lần lượt là 41,7%, 49,0%, 43,6%, chủ yếu ở mức độ nhẹ và trung bình. Có khoảng 1/3 số trẻ đã từng nghĩ đến tự làm đau bản thân và 10% trẻ đã tự làm đau bản thân. 25% số trẻ đã từng nghĩ đến tự tử và 1,4% số trẻ đã thực hiện tự tử nhưng không thành công. Kết luận: Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy căng thẳng, lo âu và trầm cảm ở học sinh trung học ở vùng bán đô thị là một vấn đề cấp bách cần được quan tâm. Nhu cầu cấp thiết cần thiết lập hệ thống hướng dẫn cho học sinh trung học các kỹ năng đối phó với căng thẳng và tiếp cận các dịch vụ tư vấn và điều trị khi có vấn đề về sức khỏe tâm thần.

This study aimed to describe mental health service utilization and examine associated factors among students in Vietnam. Data were collected at eight universities in Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2018 using an administered questionnaire. The total number of participants was 9,120 (95.1% response rate). Among stu dents participating in our survey, 12.5% (95% CI: 10.9–14.1) with depression and/or anxiety symptoms used mental health service in the last 12 months. In the multivariable regression models, significant factors associated with mental health ser vice utilization were marital status, types of housemate, men tal health problems, physical activity, smoking status, and alcohol drinking. Our study made recommendations to stake holders for improving mental health services utilization among students in Vietnam. These findings had important implica tions for future research on factors associated with mental health service utilization among university students.
