Một nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang điều tra trên 420 người chế biến thực phẩm tại bếp ăn bán trú tất cả các trường học trên địa bàn thành phố Thanh Hóa về thực hành an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy: Tỷ lệ người chế biến thực phẩm (CBTP) đạt yêu cầu thực hành chung về an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm là 71,4%. Trong đó, về thực hành vệ sinh cá nhân: 97,9% người chế biến thực phẩm để móng tay sạch sẽ, cắt ngắn, tỉ lệ người sử dụng mũ chụp tóc, khẩu trang, tạp dề lần lượt với 81,7%; 76,4%; 82,6%. Có 13,3% người chế biến thực phẩm vẫn dùng tay trực tiếp để bốc chia thức ăn chín. Về thực hành bảo quản thực phẩm (BQTP): trên 90% dụng cụ chứa đựng thực phẩm không thôi nhiễm, không thủng, không gỉ sét và có nắp đậy kín, dễ chùi rửa, trên 90% kho thực phẩm chắc chắn, an toàn, thông thoáng, dễ vệ sinh. Có 80% số cơ sở đủ giá, kệ bảo quản làm bằng các vật liệu chắc chắn, hợp vệ sinh. Về thực hành chế biến, vận chuyển và phân phối thực phẩm: 86,2% người chế biến thực phẩm sơ chế thực phẩm trên mặt bàn cách mặt đất ≥ 60cm, trên 91% người chế biến thực phẩm tuân thủ bảo hộ lao động khi vận chuyển.

Một nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện ở 91 trường học tổ chức ăn bán trú trên địa bàn thành phố Thanh Hóa, tỉnh Thanh Hóa. Kết quả của nghiên cứu này cho thấy: Tỷ lệ các trường đạt điều kiện an toàn thực phẩm với bếp ăn tập thể còn thấp với 73,3% bếp ăn tập thể đạt điều kiện an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm chung. Trong đó có 73,3% bếp đạt điều kiện về sinh cơ sở; 87,8% số bếp đạt điều kiện về vệ sinh dụng cụ; 81,2% số bếp đạt điều kiện vệ sinh, bảo quản thực phẩm; trên 93,3% số bếp đạt điều kiện kiểm thực ba bước, lưu mẫu thực phẩm và điều kiện hồ sơ pháp lý, sổ sách.
This study aimed to describe mental health service utilization and examine associated factors among students in Vietnam. Data were collected at eight universities in Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2018 using an administered questionnaire. The total number of participants was 9,120 (95.1% response rate). Among stu dents participating in our survey, 12.5% (95% CI: 10.9–14.1) with depression and/or anxiety symptoms used mental health service in the last 12 months. In the multivariable regression models, significant factors associated with mental health ser vice utilization were marital status, types of housemate, men tal health problems, physical activity, smoking status, and alcohol drinking. Our study made recommendations to stake holders for improving mental health services utilization among students in Vietnam. These findings had important implica tions for future research on factors associated with mental health service utilization among university students.
