Mục tiêu:
1. Mô tả nhu cầu tư vấn dinh dưỡng của bà mẹ có con dưới 2 tuổi đến tiêm chủng tại các Trạm y tế thành phố Từ Sơn, Bắc Ninh năm 2023.
2. Phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan tới nhu cầu tư vấn dinh dưỡng của bà mẹ có con dưới 2 tuổi tiêm chủng tại các Trạm y tế thành phố Từ Sơn, Bắc Ninh năm 2023.
Đối tượng: Các bà mẹ có con dưới 2 tuổi đưa trẻ đến tiêm chủng tại 6 trạm y tế thuộc thành phố Từ Sơn, Bắc Ninh.
Thiết kế nghiên cứu: Mô tả cắt ngang.
Phương pháp chọn mẫu: Chọn ngẫu nhiên 6/12 phường và thu thập số liệu bằng phiếu phát vấn tự điền từ tháng 10/2023 đến tháng 12/2023.
Cỡ mẫu: 220 bà mẹ.
Kết quả
1. Về nhu cầu TVDD: có 64,1% bà mẹ có nhu cầu TVDD cho trẻ.
2. Một số yếu tố liên quan đến nhu cầu tư vấn dinh dưỡng của đối tượng nghiên cứu
- Nhóm những bà mẹ có TĐHV ≤ THPT có nhu cầu TVDD cho trẻ cao gấp 2,9 lần (95%CI: 1,4 – 5,8) so với nhóm có trình độ > THPT.
- Nhóm những đứa trẻ là con đầu lòng có bà mẹ có nhu cầu TVDD cho trẻ cao gấp 2,0 lần (95%CI: 1,1 - 3,8) so với nhóm những đứa trẻ là con thứ, sự khác biệt này có ý nghĩa thống kê với p < 0,05.

This study aimed to describe mental health service utilization and examine associated factors among students in Vietnam. Data were collected at eight universities in Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2018 using an administered questionnaire. The total number of participants was 9,120 (95.1% response rate). Among stu dents participating in our survey, 12.5% (95% CI: 10.9–14.1) with depression and/or anxiety symptoms used mental health service in the last 12 months. In the multivariable regression models, significant factors associated with mental health ser vice utilization were marital status, types of housemate, men tal health problems, physical activity, smoking status, and alcohol drinking. Our study made recommendations to stake holders for improving mental health services utilization among students in Vietnam. These findings had important implica tions for future research on factors associated with mental health service utilization among university students.
